Secondly, respondents mentioned that it is important that the products being promoted are exactly what is being sent to them.
In addition, a refund must be guaranteed, the products must arrive in good condition and the shipping cost must be defined.
However, it is crucial to cover all the points because the next actions they take and the level of satisfaction they are left with depend on them.
For example, a good or bad shopping experience can lead them to write a review that can have a positive or negative impact on the business and its reputation.
